Privacy Policy
1. Overview
K-Concert Guide (kconcertguide.com, "the Site") is an information site that gathers concert schedules, ticket vendors and venue details for concerts in Korea in one place. The Site has no sign-up or login. The only personal information the operator collects is an email address, and only when you choose to subscribe to email updates (see section 4); otherwise the operator does not directly collect or store personal information from visitors.
However, third-party services described below β such as advertising β may process some information through cookies. This document explains what happens and the choices available to you.
2. Advertising and Cookies (Google AdSense)
The Site may display Google AdSense ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
Google uses advertising cookies to show ads relevant to you. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), and you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices.
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking cookies still lets you browse the Site's concert information normally.
3. Saved Concerts (Favorites)
The "favorites" list you save with the β‘ button is stored only in your browser (localStorage). This information is never sent to a server or collected by the operator, and it is not shared across devices or browsers.
Clearing your browser's site data (cookies / site data) will also remove your saved favorites.
4. Email Subscription (Optional)
If you choose to, you can enter your email address in the subscription form at the bottom of the Site to receive updates such as new concerts and ticket on-sale dates. Subscription is entirely optional, and you can use all of the Site without subscribing.
The form is submitted and stored through Formspree (formspree.io), a form-handling service. The only item collected is your email address, used solely to send Site-related updates (concerts, ticket openings). It is not provided to third parties for advertising or marketing.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting the email below to cancel and request deletion of your stored email address.
5. Access Logs (Hosting)
The Site is served through Cloudflare. For operation and security (such as DDoS protection), access information including IP addresses may be processed temporarily at the infrastructure level. The operator does not use this for personal identification.
6. External Links
The Site contains links to external sites such as ticket vendors, map services and venue homepages. When you follow those links, the privacy policy of the destination site applies, and the operator is not involved in any personal data processing that occurs there.
7. Concert Data Source
Concert schedules, venues and lineups on the Site are based on public data from KOPIS (Korea Performing Arts Box Office Information System), operated by the Korea Arts Management Service. This is public information about the performances themselves and does not constitute personal data.
