Korean Concert Ticket Refund & Cancellation Fees, Explained
All the major Korean ticketing sites โ NOL Ticket (formerly Interpark), Melon Ticket, Yes24 Ticket โ follow essentially the same cancellation fee structure, based on Koreaโs consumer dispute resolution standards. The rule of thumb: the earlier you cancel, the cheaper it is.
The fee ladder (as of July 2026)

Two catches:
- The 7-day free window has an exception: if the show itself is already close (inside the countdown tiers), the date-based fee applies even within 7 days of booking. Booked a show thatโs next week? There is no free window.
- Individual shows can differ. Promoters sometimes set stricter policies โ check the cancellation terms on the show page before you pay.
The booking fee is separate
On top of the ticket price you pay a booking fee (typically โฉ1,000โ2,000 per ticket). Itโs only refunded if you cancel by midnight on the day you booked. After that, you get the ticket price back (minus cancellation fee) but not the booking fee. If you grabbed seats on impulse, decide before midnight.
Thereโs a cancellation deadline
You canโt cancel right up to showtime. On NOL Ticket itโs typically 5 PM the day before the show (11 AM for Saturday shows) โ varies by show. After the deadline, no cancellation at all. If youโre flying in and plans wobble, decide before this cutoff.
Paper tickets
If you chose paper delivery, a cancellation requires the physical ticket to arrive back at the ticketing company before the deadline (registered mail). Mobile tickets avoid this entirely โ one more reason to pick mobile entry.
