Lotte Concert Hall Seat View Reconstructed model
Tap a block to see the distance, angle and height to the stage. The official seating charts fix the block system and how each block sits relative to the stage, and the per-floor counts — 1,538 on tier 1 and 498 on tier 2, 2,036 in total — are the published figures. The charts do not print per-block counts, so the split between blocks and the hall dimensions are estimated.
⚠️ Lotte Concert Hall is Korea's first vineyard-style hall, so the seating wraps all the way around the stage. Blocks P, LP and RP are behind the stage — they are sold normally, but you see the players' backs (and the conductor head-on). For orchestral concerts they are sometimes used as choir seating and not sold at all.
Simulated from a 1.2m seated eye height — not a photograph, and the stage setup changes with the programme.

This is behind the stage. It is sold normally in a vineyard hall and you get the conductor head-on — but the players face away, and the sound reaches you after projecting out into the house, so the balance differs from the front blocks. For orchestral programmes these seats are sometimes used as choir seating and not sold. The pipe organ sits behind block P.

ⓘ How was this built? (sources and accuracy)
- Block system: B — official charts — the official seating charts fix tier 1 as P/LP/RP (behind the stage), L/R (sides) and A–E (facing the stage) and tier 2 as L/R plus A–E, along with how each sits relative to the stage. The venue's own notes confirm the vineyard layout (seating wraps around the stage, so the rear blocks are real sale inventory) and that the pipe organ sits behind block P.
- Per-floor counts: official — 2,036 seats in total (including 22 wheelchair spaces) = 1,538 on tier 1 and 498 on tier 2. The model matches these totals exactly.
- Per-block counts: D (estimated) — the charts do not print per-block seat counts. We split each floor total in proportion to block size on the chart, so any individual block count may differ from reality.
- Coordinates: C (reconstructed) — hall dimensions were not available, so seat spacing and block sizes use standard values. Tier heights (+8.5–9m) and the rake are estimates.
- Stage: D (estimated) — official stage dimensions were not available, so we assumed a typical orchestra platform for a 2,000-seat hall, with a low reference height since players are mostly seated.
- Depending on the programme, sound control equipment may be installed at row 23 (venue notice).
- All distances and angles are approximations ("~") taken at a representative seat per block, assuming a 1.2m seated eye height.
